1. What delivery options do you have?

At this time we ship our products via first class mail (USPS). If you need overnight or express shipping we can arrange that via email to lisa@supersistah.com. Our first class shipping within the United States is free, however, any express or overnight shipping will require an additional charge.

2. Where do we deliver?

At this time, we can only ship products in the United States. We will update this soon and should be shipping outside the US in June 2021, so please check back then.

3. Can I get free shipping?

Yes, as long as you are in the United States, shipping is free.

4. How to make sure I choose the right size?

You can email us regarding the size. However, there are size charts available so that you can make an informed selection. Normally, our teen sizes fit anyone who weighs at least 100 pounds and run similar to a junior size.

However, the Jade Flowers crop top only comes in two sizes. If you are larger than a B cup, we suggest that you order a M/L.

Also, our Super Sistah Circa black vneck top is fitted in the waist and has a slim fit so you might need to purchase one size larger based on your weight and measurements. For example, if you wear a junior size 10, then you should order a XL for this specific item.

5. How do I change information about the order I have already placed?

In order to change any information about an already placed order please contact customer service. Our email address is lisa@supersistah.com. We will be happy to make changes and respond promptly. You can include all the details that you need to change in the email and we will confirm it with you via email or via phone (depending on what time it is).

6. How do I get a refund?

Simply request a refund through out website or contact customer service. Our email address is lisa@supersistah.com.

7. What if I never received my order?

If you do not receive your order please contact customer service. Our normal processing time to send out an order is within 1-3 days from the day you place the order. Due to Covid-19 processing time with the post office is taking longer so expect delays. If for some reason your order is never received, we will be happy to provide a refund. Contact customer service for a refund on a never received item at lisa@supersistah.com.

8. What if my order is broken or defective?

Please contact us immediately if your order is not received in perfect condition. We will be happy to resolve that issue and send you another item immediately. Please contact customer service if this happens at lisa@supersistah.com.

9. Do you deliver products to other countries?

At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the United States. We apologize for this inconvenience.

10. Can you wrap my order as a gift?

We apologize, but at this time we do not provide gift wrapping service.

11. How to care for my t-shirt?

Each tee is carefully made and has to be taken care of it you want it to maintain its durability and design. So we suggest that before you throw it in the laundry that you turn it inside out. Also we suggest that if you need to iron it, that you also turn it inside out. Please do not place a hot iron on the design. And finally, it should be placed in the dryer on low heat only. Instructions will be provided when you order the item. Since it is going to be your favorite tee shirt, and I guarantee it will get you a lot of attention, then you need to treat it with care. Buying stuff online is fun, but shipping stuff is something else! Not to worry, we got you. At this time, due to Covid-19 we are only able to ship products within the 50 states of the United States. FREE SHIPPING!

Normally, most, if not all of the products we sell are shipped via the United States Post Office (USPS). Recently, due to the pandemic, shipping times from the post office have been slow and delayed. Consequently, we don't believe that it will be a worthwhile endeavor for you to pay additional monies for expedited or overnight shipping from any shipping carrier, that includes Federal Express and UPS. This is just our opinion, but please keep this in mind when you are ordering, as the additional cost of expedited shipping is paid by the customer.

Because we won't know what state the country will be in as we approach this second wave in the next few weeks, if you need a package to arrive before Christmas, we suggest that you order it no later than December 9, 2020 if you wish to receive it in time for the holidays! Just being honest. If you are ordering something for Hanakkuh then we suggest you order no later than November 23, 2020.

We intend to ship all orders out within 1-5 days during this period. Adding a few extra days of shipment time due to the holidays. We normally ship within 1-3 days of placing an order. However, we have no control over the timing and shipping of the post offices or express services around the country. Those ship times may vary depending on where you live, and whether or not you live in an area that is under a stay at home order. However, based on past experience, it has been reported that some areas saw shipping times increase by 5-10 days depending on where the package o riginated and its subsequent destination.
